A final project proposal is a sort of strategy to research and prepare for building your e-portfolio. The proposal refers to a comparison between two different web-builder platforms by type, oriented audience, purpose, content organization and style, and pros and cons. And, a comparison between two e-portforlio examples by other two designers and a conclusion follow by the explanation of research and purpose platfrom choice.
I would like to make it public to everyone, so, you could take a look at my artifact as a guideline.

Research and Purpose Platform Choice:
Comparison between the two comparative e-portfolio platform choice

As far as I am concerned, I would like to choose the first e-portfolio platform, for I prefer concise contends and simple styles. Angela Watson’s platform does not hold big menus in the home page, yet it has concise personal introduction and history of teaching career. This long career line is enough to demonstrate Angela Watson’s professionals and capability in the educational fields, which could be more attractive than the first platform for audiences.

The two choices for model of final e-portfolio:
1. http://www.jessemarshall.com/
2. https://engineeringjoy.com/
Initially, the first e-portfolio is strong by the use of special style and visual demonstration of background. The background of home page is set by scenery which could appeal to the majority of oriented audiences. The heading line is concise and clear by styling the name of web owner “Jesse Marshall”. The second line, “Biophysics, Neuroscience, Nature Enthusiast”, shows the objectives and purpose of the e-portfolio, which means the web focuses to biology and nature. Moreover, the background image presents a forest which perfectly reflects the theme of nature, and it follows the principle of successful communication. And, the third line contains four symbols, and they represents lab, personal information, scholar title and contact respectively, which includes all information that audiences need. For me, I could take advantage of the design of home page, for it could quickly guide audience to obtain resources and information regarding my e-portfolio.
Secondly, the second e-portfolio is strong by concise menu and effective artefact. This platform has similar heading and second line to the first e-portfolio created by Jesse Marshall, yet its menu is expressed by words; so, there are more options for audience to discern. In addition, Joy Franco provides several paragraphs regarding his welcoming and personal introduction, which bring greeted performance with polite manners to the audience. In my opinion, I could make use of the structure and style of technical writing, for I could combine it with the first sample as references or models to create a powerful e-portfolio.

Conclusion (Word count: 392):
So far, we learn the halfway work from WRIT2201, which includes ways to make successful communication, the concept of changing world and effective employee with professional brands, the way that medium and culture shapes communication perform, and components for business writing. Also, the course focuses on teamwork and collaboration, peer review, feedback and coaching model. First, I would decide to apply these concepts to make my final e-portfolio more compelling. Specifically, I would always follow the principle of successful communication, and the aspects of technical writing, format, style and purpose could help me develop my work with models of the two sample peer e-portfolio. In addition, I would create home page with concise content and details in sub-pages as artifacts in my final work, which could be memos, tables and graphs, brainstorms and other research results. The reason is that I want to organize data into content or genre that could guide my oriented audience to obtain necessary information, and these artifacts could accomplish specific purposes. For instance, graphs and tables are able to visually deliver knowledge to audience during communication.
